———按照GB/T1.1—2000《标准化工作导则 第1部分:标准的结构和编写规则》对标准文本格式
进行了修订;
———本标准的英文名称由原名《Determinationofashinediblefungi》改为《Determinationofashcontentinediblemushroom》;
———适用范围由“食用菌”改为“食用菌及其制品”;
———删除了“引用标准”;
———增加了“取样”要求;
———修改灰化温度“600 ℃”为525 ℃±25 ℃;
———修改称样量“2g~10g”为“4.0g~25.0g”;
———修订了“测定结果计算方法”,将“干、鲜样品灰分测定”合并在一起,不予区分,视试样属性确定试样称取量。增加了“结果表示”,修订了“允许差”。
