本标准规定了测定工业用1，3-丁二烯中特丁基邻苯二酚［4-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-1，2-苯二酚或简称TBC］含量的高效液相色谱法。阻聚剂TBC也能用分光光度法(GB/T6020)测定,但该法不能区分有活性的阻聚剂及其已没有活性的氧化产物，而本法却能直接测得活性ＴＢＣ的含量，适用于TBC含量范围为0~250mg/kg的丁二烯试样。注意：1TBC的熔化或浓缩溶液对人体皮肤有强烈的刺激作用，如误入口中则更有毒性，操作中应予以注意。２处理丁二烯的操作步骤应在通风橱中进行，且远离明火，操作者也应采取个人劳保措施(如戴手套和护目镜等)。
