ＧＢ／Ｔ１２９６７《铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜检测方法》分为７个部分,本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ１２９６７的第２部分。本部分代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１２９６７．２—１９９１《铝及铝合金阳极氧化—用轮式磨损试验仪测定阳极氧化膜的
耐磨性和磨损系数》。本标准规定了一个用轮式磨损试验仪测定铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜的耐磨性及磨损系数的试验方法。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ１２９６７．２—１９９１相比，主要变化如下：
———扩大了试验条件的范围，将试验运行的双行程次数（ｄｓ）以犜１ 表示，代替原来的固定次数。
———取消了质量损失法测量氧化膜厚度的方法。
———增加了预研磨的概念，耐磨性和磨损系数的公式表达式都有所变化，适用范围更为广泛。
———装置中增加了分析天平；增加了试验环境的要求。
———附录Ａ 制备标准试样中，阳极氧化温度偏差范围修改为±１℃。
———对于硬质阳极氧化膜，确定研磨轮和检验表面的接触力通常为１９．６Ｎ±０．５Ｎ，研磨纸带的选取不同于普通阳极氧化膜，增加了硬质阳极氧化膜标准试板的制备方法，具体见附录Ｂ，其中阳极氧化温度偏差范围修改为±１℃。
