本标准规定了用分光光度计测定苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)中苯乙烯含量的方法。
本标准适用于以苯乙烯均聚物补强的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶中苯乙烯含量的测定。
本标准适用于苯乙烯含量不高于50%(质量分数)的嵌段共聚物中苯乙烯含量的测定。
本标准适用于SBR 与其他聚合物(NR、BR、IR和CR)的共混硫化胶。若已知共混物中SBR 的苯乙烯含量,且其余组分不含苯乙烯,则可用本方法估算共混胶中SBR 的含量。
在特定光谱区内任何其他不可抽提的芳香族物质的吸收,将会干扰本方法的测定结果。
当胶料中不溶于硝酸的无机填料超过5%(质量分数)时,本方法所得结果偏低。
