1 Scope This document specifies the marking codes for hydraulic valve mounting surfaces and cartridge valve bores as defined by the relevant standards. Note: Relevant standards include GB/T 2514, GB/T 2877.2, GB/T 8100.2 ,GB/T 8100.3, GB/T 8101, GB/T 17487, GB/T 36703, JB/T 5963, corresponding ISO standards: ISO 4401, ISO 7368, ISO 6263, ISO 5781, ISO 6264, ISO 10372, ISO 16873, ISO 7789. ISO 6264, ISO 10372, ISO 16873, ISO 7789. This document applies to hydraulic valve mounting surfaces and cartridge valve bores that comply with the relevant standards listed. The marking code is not required on hydraulic valve mounting surfaces and cartridge valve bores. 2 Normative references There are no normative references in this document. 3Terms and definitions There are no terms or definitions in this document that need to be defined. 4 Marking codes The identification designators for hydraulic valve mounting surfaces and cartridge valve bores use the following five designated groups of numbers and symbols, in the order given, separated by a hyphen "-". a) Standard designators and sequential numbers describing hydraulic valve mounting surfaces and cartridge valve bores. b) Two-digit specification codes: -Specification of the hydraulic valve mounting surface (see Chapter 5); . or cover cartridge valve specification (see Chapter 5); or threaded cartridge valve bore thread diameter. Two digits as unique code Note: In previous editions these two digits were based on the designation of the corresponding standard in n). However, if the diagrams in these standards are deleted in the new version, the numbers corresponding to some mounting surfaces and cartridge bore diagrams have been changed, leading to confusion. d An indicator symbol. For example, an "x" is used, or a number based on the definition of the corresponding standard in a): The number "o" represents the basic type designation. The numbers "1" to "9" represent other type designations - four digits indicating the year number of the latest edition of the standard to which it corresponds. 5 Specification codes When hydraulic valve mounting surfaces and cartridge valve bores are being standardised for the first time, or when the codes defined in this document are being applied to existing standards for the first time, the specification codes shall be defined in accordance with Table 1. Table 1 Specification codes 6 Examples of use of identification codes 6.1 Valve mounting surface Hydraulic four-port directional control valves conforming to 1SO 4401, with a maximum main port diameter of 11.2 mm and no pilot port, have a mounting surface identified by the designation ISO 4401-05-04-O-xxxX where, ISO 4401 - the relevant standard code and serial number. 05 - specification code for the diameter of the main oil port on the mounting face (see Table 1); 04 - unique code based on ISO 4401; o - basic model number; xxxx - latest version year number. Hydraulic four-port directional control valves conforming to GB/T 2514, with a maximum main port diameter of 11.2 mm and no pilot port, have a mounting surface identification code of: GB/T 2514-05-04-O-xxxx where: GB/T 2514---Related standard code and sequence number;05 --Specification code for the diameter of the main oil port on the mounting surface (see Table 1): -A unique code based on GB/T 2514. --Basic type; xXxx --the latest version year number. 6.2 Covered cartridge valve bores Hydraulic 2-way cover cartridge valves according to ISO 7368, with relief valve cartridges, main port diameter 50 mm, with square flange cover, with cartridges identified by the code: ISo 7368-11-10-1-xxxx where: ISO 7368---Related standard code and serial number; 11 - Specification code for the main orifice diameter of the valve bore (see Table 1.) 10 - a unique code based on ISO 7368 1 - option code; xxxx - the latest version year number. GB/T 2877.2 Hydraulic two-way cover cartridge valves, relief valve cartridges with 50 mm main orifice diameter and square flange cover, with cartridges marked with the code: GB/T 2877.2-11-10-1-xxxx where: GB/T 2877.2-Related standard code and sequence number;11 --Specification code for the diameter of the main oil port of the valve hole (see Table 1) --The unique code tk based on GB/T 2877.2 --Option code xxxx -the latest version year number. Note: The "ISO" and "GB/T" callouts may be omitted if it is confirmed that there is no slippage. 6.3 Threaded Cartridge Valve Bores Hydraulic 3-way threaded cartridge valves conforming to ISO 7789, with a 27 mm threaded diameter, are identified with the following hole designation: ISO 7789-09-04-O-xxxx where: Iso 7789 - Relevant standard code and sequence number; o9 - threaded cartridge valve threaded hole diameter (see Table 1.) 04 - unique code based on ISO 7789: o - basic model number xxxx - the latest version year number. Hydraulic 3-way threaded cartridge valves conforming to JB/T 5963, with a threaded hole diameter of 27 mm, have the following identification code for the valve hole: JB/T 5963-09-04-O-xxxx where: JB/T 5963---Related standard code and sequence number; o9---Threaded cartridge valve threaded hole diameter (see Table 1); 04 - Unique code based on JB/T 5963; o---Basic model number xxxx - the latest version year number. Note: Standard codes such as "ISO" and "JB/T" can be omitted if it is ensured that there is no slippage. Bibliography
