Sampling‌ Sampling shall comply with ‌GB/T 43306‌. ‌6. Test Methods‌ ‌6.1 Purity of Oxygen (Industrial, High-Purity, and Ultra-High-Purity)‌ ‌6.1.1 Calculation of Total Impurity Content‌ ‌6.1.1.1 The ‌total impurity content‌ in gaseous oxygen (industrial, high-purity, and ultra-high-purity) shall be calculated using ‌Formula (1)‌. ‌6.2 Determination of Hydrogen, Argon, Nitrogen, and Carbon Dioxide Content‌ ‌6.2.1 Test Methods‌ ‌6.2.1.1 Hydrogen (H₂), nitrogen (N₂), and carbon dioxide (CO₂) content shall be determined per ‌GB/T 28726‌. ‌6.2.1.2 Alternatively, other equivalent methods (as per ‌6.2.2‌) may be used. In case of disputes, ‌GB/T 28726‌ shall serve as the ‌arbitration method‌. ‌6.2.2 Other Equivalent Test Methods‌ ‌6.2.2.1 Hydrogen (H₂), nitrogen (N₂), and carbon dioxide (CO₂) content may be determined per ‌GB/T 37182‌. Carbon dioxide (CO₂) content may also be determined per ‌GB/T 8984‌. ‌6.3 Total Hydrocarbon (as Methane) Content‌ Shall be determined per ‌GB/T 8984‌. In case of disputes, ‌GB/T 5832.3‌ shall serve as the ‌arbitration method‌. ‌6.5 Exhaust Gas Handling‌ During testing, measures shall be taken to ‌prevent accumulation‌ of oxygen (industrial, high-purity, or ultra-high-purity) in indoor environments. 7 Inspection Rules‌ ‌7.1 Batch Grouping, Sampling, Judgment, and Re-inspection for Cylinder-filled Industrial Oxygen and High-Purity Oxygen‌ ‌7.1.1 Cylinder-filled industrial oxygen and high-purity oxygen produced under ‌continuous stable operation‌ on the same production line shall be grouped into ‌one batch‌, with ‌no more than 300 cylinders per batch‌. ‌7.1.2 For cylinder-filled industrial oxygen and high-purity oxygen, ‌random sampling inspection‌ shall be conducted according to the ‌sampling quantity specified in Table 2‌. ‌7.1.3 For ‌rounding off‌ measured values and ‌judging limit values‌, the provisions of ‌GB/T 8170‌ (Rules for rounding off numerical values and comparison of limit values) shall be followed. ‌7.1.4 If ‌all test results‌ of the sampled cylinders meet the ‌technical requirements‌ in ‌Table 1‌, the entire batch shall be ‌deemed qualified‌.
