本标准提供了用具有标准值的ASTM 标准参比炭黑(ASTM-SRBs)或国产标准参比炭黑(SNs)连续监控炭黑试验方法的精密度的步骤。也可作为查找各种试验方法所存在的问题的指南。
本标准所建立的X-控制图,可用来连续监控第2部分所列的试验方法,这些控制图也可作为比较实验室内部计算的实验方法精密度的基础。
本标准使用GB/T4091—2001控制图方法来判断SRBs或SNs的实验室测试结果与其已接受值之间是否有显著差异。
当实验室不能通过物理方法校正仪器来获得SRBs或SNs的标准值时,本标准提供了一个统计方法,来保证方法的重现性处于测试方法精密度表述给定的范围内。
