Introduction of GB/T 15683-2008

本标准等同采用ISO 6647-1:2007《大米　直链淀粉含量的测定》（英文版）。
本标准代替GB/T 15683-1995《稻米直链淀粉含量的测定》。
本标准规定了非熟化大米直链淀粉含量的测定方法———基准方法。
本标准适用于直链淀粉含量高于5%（质量分数）的大米。
本标准在延伸应用范围得到确认后，也可以用于糙米、玉米、小米和其他谷物的测定。
本标准与GB/T 15683-1995 相比主要变化如下：
———分散方法：本标准采用沸水浴法，而GB/T 15683-1995 采用85℃水浴或者静置15h~24h；
———检测波长：本标准的检测波长是720ｎｍ，而GB/T 15683-1995 的检测波长是620ｎｍ；
———GB/T 21305代替ISO712。
