本标准代替GB/T 17101-1997《桥梁缆索用热镀锌钢丝》。
本标准规定了桥梁缆索用热镀锌钢丝的定义、分类和标记、订货内容、尺寸、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书等。
本标准适用于桥梁的缆（拉）索、锚固拉力构件、提升和固定用拉力构件的建筑物和土木工程中其他
应用的热镀锌圆钢丝。
本标准与GB/T 17101-1997相比主要变化如下：
——增加了热镀锌钢丝的定义；
——调整了强度级别；
——提高了I级松驰钢丝的松驰率指标；
——增加了I级松驰钢丝和无松驰要求钢丝的扭转要求；
——提高了钢丝的规定非比例延伸强度。
