GB/T17215的本部分仅适用于新制造的用于在50Hz或60Hz网路中测量交流有功电能的等级为0.5级,1级和2级的机电式有功电能表(以下简称仪表)及其型式试验。
本部分适用于由测量元件和一个或多个计度器装在同一个表壳内而组成的室内和室外的机电式电能表,也适用于一个或多个工作指示器及一个或多个测试输出。如果仪表有一个测量元件测量一种以上电能(多电能仪表),或者当其他功能元件,如最大需量指示器,电子费率计度器,时间开关,纹波控制接收器,数据通信接口等也包封在仪表表壳内,当然,与这些元件相关的标准也得应用,本标准仅适用于计量部分。
本部分不适用于:
a) 接线端跨接电压超过600V(多相仪表为线对线电压)的仪表;
b) 可携式仪表;
c) 仪表计度器的数据接口。
验收检验依照GB/T3925-1983《2.0级交流电度表的验收方法》(eqvIEC60514:1975)给出的基本方针。
可靠性依照IEC62059《交流电测量设备 可靠性》系列文件的内容。
