1 Scope This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and requirements of marking, packing, transportation and storage of polyethoxylated fatty alcohols (alcohol ether). This standard is applicable to the natural fatty alcohol or (and) the condensation products of synthetic fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide, i.e. non-ionic surfactants of polyethoxylated fatty alcohol type. 2 Normative References The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard.
