―――第３章中删除了“固定式直梯”、“防坠落装置”和“闭锁”的术语和定义；
―――将直梯元件的变形量最大值改为５０ｍｍ（４．２．１．１）；

―――将踏棍的直径改为至少２０ｍｍ（４．４．２．３）；
―――删除了闭锁一般要求；
