本标准规定了实际负载条件下在线测量电力整流设备运行效率的测试条件、方法、程序，包括直流电流测量变换器的在线校验方法和交、直流功率或电能测量综合误差的测试、计算及其修正方法。本标准适用于电冶金、电化学等行业使用的脉波数为6及以上的电力整流设备;发、供电系统和其他用电企业需要进行交、直流功率或电能测量综合误差分析与修正时，可参照执行。逆变设备运行效率的在线测量，也可参照执行。
