本标准规定了用环法测定胶乳表面张力的方法。本标准适用于粘度小于200mPa・s的胶乳。为此，应将胶乳用水稀释，使其总固体含量为40%(m/m)。如有必要，总固体含量应进一步减少，以确保其粘度在规定值之内。本方法也适用于预硫化胶乳和配合胶乳。
