Introduction of GB/T 18422-2013

本标准规定了特定时间内透过橡胶或塑料软管或非增强软管的气体体积的三种测定方法。
方法1:测定除端部软管接头外整个软管或非增强软管对试验气体的透气性。渗透性由软管或非增强软管的长度计算。
方法2:测定软管/软管接头接触面的透气性。当软管的外覆层无针刺时,气体通常从织物增强层切割端渗出,此时采用此方法。渗透性由软管的长度计算。
方法3:精确测定软管或软管组合件对试验气体的透气性。透气性由软管内衬层的表面积计算。
本标准仅适用于不溶于水的气体。
注1:虽然方法1和方法2的结果由相同的单位表示,但是用途相同的未刺穿和已刺穿软管所获得的结果无比较的必要,因为规定的试验时间不同,透气性由此也不同。
注2:方法3为优选方法。
