GB/T 18487.5-2024 Electric vehicle conductive charging system - Part 5: DC charging system for GB/T 20234.3 1 Scope This document specifies the general requirements, control pilot circuit, charging control process, charging connection control timing, insulation monitoring device, additional protective measures, power outage protection and other requirements for the DC electric vehicle charging system used for the DC charging interface specified in GB/T 20234.3. This document is applicable to the DC charging system composed of electric vehicles (referred to as "vehicles") and off-board conductive chargers (referred to as "off-board chargers" or "chargers") that comply with the digital communication protocol GB/T 27930.2. This document is applicable to off-board conductive chargers that use isolated systems, with a rated voltage on the power grid side not exceeding AC 1,000V or DC 1,500V, and a maximum operating voltage on the vehicle side not exceeding DC 1,500V. Note 1: The recommended DC operating voltage range at the vehicle interface for off-board conductive chargers in non-restricted places is 200V to 1,000V. This document is applicable to DC charging systems with class B voltage in the vehicle power supply circuit. For DC charging systems with class A voltage in the vehicle power supply circuit, this document may be taken as a reference. Note 2: See GB 18384 for the definition of voltage level. Note 3: When the DC charging system specified in this document is used in other fields such as electric industrial vehicles and electric engineering machinery, additional requirements are usually required for the charging system, such as re-evaluating important characteristics, including short-circuit protection, Y capacitance, insulation resistance, and insulation monitoring devices. 2 Normative references The following documents contain requirements which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document.
