―――在引言中明确了：产品的ＥＭＣ 特性一般与设计有关，而不受制造过程影响，因此，本标准的试验在验证设计时进行，只有当产品的修改影响其ＥＭＣ 性能时才重复进行试验；
―――增加了传导正弦波电压和电流的抗扰度试验；
―――增加了浪涌抗扰度试验；
―――增加了射频电磁场抗扰度试验；
―――增加了频率为１５０ｋＨｚ以下的高频电流的干扰试验。
