ＧＢ／Ｔ１８５７０的本部分规定了测定钢材表面水溶性氯化物的实验室方法。
本部分适用于清洗前、清洗中或者清洗后钢材表面氯化物的测定，也适用于以前涂覆过涂料的表
面。通常用于来自现场的钢材表面经实验室清洗处理后的样品。
　　注１：虽然氯离子的测定程序是正确的，但方法的精确度会受到取样过程的不确定因素的影响。另外，存在于锈蚀
坑的氯化铁很难提取到试样中。
本部分不适用于用铬酸盐、亚硝酸盐或胺盐处理的钢材表面。［这些盐一般是在湿喷砂清理时添加
作为缓蚀剂。这是因为冲洗水中铬酸盐浓度等于或大于１０ｍｇ／Ｌ、硝酸盐浓度等于或大于２０ｍｇ／Ｌ 时
会干扰氯化物的测定；胺缓蚀剂会在钢材表面上形成一层氢氧化物层（非水溶性）阻碍冲洗水与其下应
被除去的盐分接触，影响盐分的移取。］

三价铁离子浓度不小于１０ｍｇ／Ｌ 时会干扰测定，但三价铁离子会沉集在铁锈沉淀物中，经过过滤
从试验溶液中去除。
　　注２：涂层系统性能受到表面残余可溶性氯化物浓度的影响。可接受的污染程度和涂层保养情况有关。要获得更
