Introduction of GB/T 18595-2001

本标准适用于IEC(国际电工委员会)TC34技术委员会负责范围内的照明设备，如低压电源或电池组供电的灯泡、辅助设备及灯具。本标准不适用于在其他IEC或CISPR标准中对抗扰度要求已作出规定了的设备，如:——运输车辆用照明设备;——专业用娱乐照明控制设备;——内置于其他设备中的照明器具，如:测量用照明设备或指示灯;影印机;幻灯机和投影仪;视频显示设备。对于那些多功能设备中可以独立于其他设备工作的照明部分应符合本标准的要求。本标准是以即将颁布的IEC1000-6-1标准中所规定的室内、商业及工业环境照明要求的内容制定的，根据照明工程实际情况作了修订。符合本标准的照明设备在其他环境中也应能满意地工作。在某些特殊的情况下必须采取措施以保证产品更好的抗扰度。本标准未能涵盖所有可能的环境要求，某些特殊要求需在供应商及客户之间另行规定。本标准应与相应的基础标准和(或)产品标准共同使用。
