本方法适用于离子型稀土矿混合稀土氧化物（ＴＲＥＯ≥８０％）中十五个稀土元素氧化物配分量的测定。测定范围（质量分数）：０．２０％～９９．００％。本部分是对ＧＢ／Ｔ１８８８２．２—２００２《离子型稀土矿混合稀土氧化物化学分析方法　Ｘ射线荧光光谱法测定十五个稀土元素氧化物的配分量》和ＧＢ／Ｔ１８８８２．３—２００２《离子型稀土矿混合稀土氧化物化学分析方法　电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定十五个稀土元素氧化物的配分量》的整合修订。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ１８８８２．２—２００２ 、ＧＢ／Ｔ１８８８２．３—２００２相比主要变化如下：
