本标准适用于从事水上移动通信业务的我国所有海(江)岸电台、专用电台、船舶电台(包括国际移动卫生船舶地球站)以及与我国水上遇险救助的航空器电台。国际船舶电台在与我国海陆空(江)岸电台通信时也应遵守本标准的规定。
