1 Scope This part of GB/T 19639 specifies technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packing, transportation and storage of small-sized valve-regulated lead-acid battery (hereinafter referred to as "battery"). This part is applicable to batteries used for emergency lighting equipment, uninterrupted power supply, movable measuring equipment etc. as well as all kinds of DC power supplies with a rated capacity of below 65 Ah (including). The battery cell of this type of lead-acid battery may be that in the square slot by panel electrode or in the circular cylinder by winding electrode. Sulfuric acid electrolyte in the battery is stagnant or adsorbed in the micropore structure between the electrodes or in the gel form. 2 Normative References The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this part, constitute provisions of this part.
