5 Spring Working Drawings and End Types
5.1 Cold-formed cylindrical helical compression springs (closed-and-ground ends type and closed-but-not-ground ends type, hereinafter referred to as "springs") shall be drawn according to GB/T 4459.4.
5.2 Spring end types are classified as Type I (closed-and-ground ends, see Figure 1) and Type II (closed-but-not-ground ends, see Figure 2).
