本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ６９８７．３相比主要变化如下：
———将分析范围的上限由原来的５％扩展为８％；
———增加了“重复性”和“质量保证与控制”条款；
———将ＧＢ／Ｔ６９８７．２９—２００１的内容作为本部分的“方法一：新亚铜灵分光光度法”，并在工作曲线上增加０．５０ｍＬ 一个点；
———将原标准中内容作为“方法二：火焰原子吸收光谱法”；
———增加了“方法三：电解重量法”和“方法四：草酰二酰肼分光光度法”。
