本标准规定了电热水器用安全阀的术语和定义、结构型式和参数、要求、材料、检验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于安装在电热水器进水管路上的安全阀，整定压力范围为0.025MPa~1.0MPa，安全阀的安全排放压力：封闭式为0.6MPa~0.9MPa，敞开式为0.15MPa~0.35MPa，介质温度不大于95℃。
