本标准规定了塑料购物袋的抽样、感官、标识、厚度、宽度和长度偏差、承重性能和评价快速检测方法和评价。本标准适用于以树脂为主要原料生产的薄膜、经热合或粘合等制袋工艺加工制得的塑料购物袋。本标准也适用于塑料与其他材料复合的购物袋。本标准仅适用于塑料购物袋的现场快速检验与评价，不适用于塑料购物袋仲裁检验、日常质量控制和型式检验等。
