节剂含量(以柠檬酸计)的测定》(英文版)。
考虑到我国国情,本标准与ISO12082:1997的主要差异如下:
―――分析步骤中增加标准曲线的绘制,由试液吸光度测定与标准系列比较定量,不采用国际标准中摩尔吸光系数计算定量;
―――乳糖含量的测定以试剂空白和试液空白扣除干扰组分和葡萄糖本底值,不采用国际标准中吸光度减量计算;
―――免去国际标准中预试验和试验报告章条;
―――编写格式、用语遵照我国标准GB/T1.1―2000《标准化工作导则 第1部分:标准的结构和编
写规则》和GB/T20001.4―2001《标准编写规则 第4部分:化学分析方法》。
