1 Scope
This document specifies the categories of enterprise credit information and the composition of data items, including basic registration information, judicial judgment and enforcement information, administrative management information, abnormal operation list (status) information, serious dishonesty entity list information, contract performance information, credit commitment and fulfillment information, credit evaluation result information, honesty-related honor information, intellectual property information, voluntarily provided credit information, operational and financial information, financial credit information, social evaluation information, and other information data items, along with their description requirements.
This document is applicable to corporate credit management activities, as well as corporate credit information exchange and sharing activities between government departments and various institutions. Market supervision departments can also use it as a reference for corporate credit supervision activities.
