Introduction of GB/T 23716-2009
本标准规定了用于评价人体对振动响应的振动测量仪器的性能规范和允差限。它包括型式评价、周期检定和现场检查的要求，以及用于现场检查的振动校准器的规范。本标准规定的振动测量仪器可以是单一的仪器、仪器组合或基于计算机的采集分析系统。本标准规定的振动测量仪器可应用于以下一种或多种用途的振动测量：--手传振动（参见ISO 5349-1）；--全身振动（参见GB/T 13441.1-2006， GB/T 13441.2-2008，ISO 2631-4）；--在0.1Hz 0.5Hz频率范围的低频全身振动（参见GB/T 13441.1-2006）。可以根据每种应用中所定义的一个或多个频率计权设计振动测量仪器。在本标准中定义了三个等级的性能试验：a） 型式评价，根据本标准规定的规范进行的仪器全性能试验；b） 周期检定，用以保证仪器的性能规范在要求的范围内所进行的一组中间试验；c） 现场检查，表明仪器在要求的性能规范范围内运行所需要的最低等级试验。
