测量机器排放的给定污染物排放率可用于:
a) 机器排放系统性能的评估;
b) 机器污染物排放减小的评估;
c) 机器组内具有相同预定用途的机器之间的比较(机器组由功能和所加工的材料来定义);
d) 按照排放率对同一机器组的机器进行归类;
e) 按照排放率确定机器的技术水平。
