本标准规定了充气轮胎翻新用术语和定义、轮胎翻新工艺。不包括翻新轮胎用橡胶的塑炼、混炼工艺;不包括预硫化胎面、预硫化缓冲胶等材料的制作工艺。
本标准适用于载重汽车、轿车、工程机械充气轮胎的翻新,不适用于更换带束层充气轮胎的翻新和实心轮胎的翻新。
