本标准规定了燃气轮机发电装置的功率、热耗率(热效率)等主要性能参数的试验方法。其目的是确定燃气轮机在试验条件下的热力性能及试验结果的修正。
本标准适用于燃用气体或液态燃料(或在进入燃气轮机之前固态燃料转化成气体或液体燃料)的燃气轮机试验。包括带排放控制和/或功率增大设备(如流体注入和进气处理)的燃气轮机试验。它可适用于联合循环装置中的或带其他热量回收系统的燃气轮机。
本标准不适用于正在研制中的燃气轮机。
