本标准规定了最大工作压力为1MPa,缸内径20mm 至100mm 的单杆紧凑型气缸(带有或不带有磁性)的基本尺寸和安装尺寸。
本系列气缸未配备可调缓冲装置,因此仅限于应用在不要求可调缓冲装置的系统中。
缸内径20mm 和25mm 的气缸可采用符合本标准的端盖安装件。缸内径32mm 至100mm 的气缸可采用符合ISO15552的安装脚架。上述缸内径的气缸均可采用符合ISO8139或ISO8140的活塞杆连接件
