本标准规定了将面包切成片的面包切片机的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和使用信息。
本标准适用于由专业人员操作,且不用喷水器清洗的面包切片机。
本标准不适用于:
―――制造商仍在开发的试验机;
―――由多个水平移动刀片构成的框架切片机;
―――专门为大众设计使用的家用面包切片机;
―――带有水平循环切割系统的面包切片机;
―――用以将面板大小的产品切割或锯成小块的矩形切片机。
