Introduction of GB/T 31743-2015

本标准规定了用低分辨率脉冲核磁共振法直接测定动植物油脂(以下简称为油脂)中固体脂肪含量的方法。
本标准规定的两种热预处理方法,一种适用于具有无显著同质多晶现象且有β结晶倾向的油脂,另一种适用于具有显著同质多晶现象且有β结晶倾向的类似于可可脂的油脂。附录C适用于特殊目的的其他热预处理方法。
注:本标准规定的直接法操作便捷,重现性好,但使用近似的计算方法,结果不如间接法准确。ISO8292-2规定了
间接法。
