Introduction of GB/T 31925-2015
本标准规定了壁厚外径比大于0.2而小于0.3的无缝钢管压电超声波检验原理、检验方法、对比试样、检验设备、检验条件、检验步骤、结果评定、检验报告。
本标准适用于各种用途、外径不小于6mm的厚壁无缝钢管纵向、横向缺陷的超声波检验。本标准所述探伤方法主要用于对钢管内金属不连续性缺陷的检测，不适用于层状缺陷的检测。
壁厚外径比大于等于0.3的钢管的检验，按供需双方协商的方法进行。
