GB/T 32960.4-2025 Technical specifications for remote service and management system for electric vehicles - Part 4: Conformance test
1 Scope
This document specifies the conformance test requirements for the protocol structure, communication connection, data packet structure and definition, as well as data unit format and definition in the remote service and management system for electric vehicles and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to the communication tests between vehicles and platforms in the remote service and management system for electric vehicles.
2 Normative references
The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.
GB/T 19596 Terminology of electric vehicles
GB/T 32960.1 Technical specifications for remote service and management system for electric vehicles - Part 1: General principle
GB/T 32960.2 Technical specifications for remote service and management system for electric vehicles - Part 2: On-board terminal
GB/T 32960.3-2025 Technical specifications for remote service and management system for electric vehicles - Part 3: Communication protocol and data format
3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 19596, GB/T 32960.1, GB/T 32960.2, GB/T 32960.3-2025 and the following apply.
3.1
test platform
remote service and management platform acting as the test data receiver during data exchange
3.2
null value rate; NVR
proportion of null data units in the test data
Note: A record is counted as a null record if it contains one or more null data units.
3.3
abnormal value rate; AVR
proportion of abnormal data units in the test data
Note: A record is counted as an abnormal record if it contains one or more abnormal data units.
3.4
invalid value rate; IVR
proportion of invalid data units in the test data
Note: A record is counted as an invalid record if it contains one or more invalid data units.
3.5
packet loss rate; PLR
proportion of data transmission loss in the test data
4 Abbreviations
For the purposes of this document, the following abbreviations apply.
CAN: Controller Area Network
DBC: Database CAN
OBD: Onboard Diagnostic System
SOC: State of Charge
5 Conformance requirements
5.1 Requirements for setting up of test environment
5.1.1 Connection establishment
During the test, the client platform initiates a communication connection request to the test platform. Once the communication link connection is established, the client platform shall automatically send test login information to the test platform for identity verification, and the test platform shall validate the received data. Upon successful validation, the test platform shall return a success response; if the validation fails, the test platform shall store the error data records and notify the client platform. The test login process is shown in Figure 1.
