本标准规定了风力发电机组橡胶弹性元件（以下简称橡胶弹性元件）的符号、分类和坐标系定义，要求，试验方法，检验规则，标志、包装、贮存与运输等。
　　本标准适用于200kW及以上的水平轴风力发电机组齿轮箱、发电机、机舱罩、控制柜等使用的起缓冲、减振作用的橡胶弹性元件。水平轴风力发电机组功率小于200kW的机组及垂直轴风力发电机组用橡胶弹性元件可参照执行。
　　本标准不适用于聚氨酯及密封类橡胶制品。
　　注：常见的橡胶弹性元件类型参见附录A。
