本标准规定了煤浆输送管用热轧宽钢带及其剪切钢板的分类和牌号表示方法、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。�本标准适用于煤浆输送直缝埋弧焊钢管及直缝电阻焊钢管用厚度为6 mm～22 mm的热轧宽钢带及其剪切钢板，也适用于具有类似要求的其他浆体输送管用热轧宽钢带及其剪切钢板（以下简称钢带和钢板）。
