本部分规定了采用热空气降解法（方法A）、热降解法（方法B）和溶剂去除法（方法C）测试连续碳化硅（silicon carbide，SiC）纤维束丝上浆率的测试环境、测试设备、测试程序、测试结果计算和测试报告。
本部分适用于连续SiC纤维束丝上浆率的测定，其他形式的SiC纤维上浆率的测定可参照使用。
