This standard applies to the products for hand cleaning whose effective constituent is surface active agent. If the implementation year number is not marked, the current effective standard shall be implemented. Products that are described as possessing concentration characteristics in the name or directions for use are concentrated type (such as being described by concentrated, highly-concentrated, high concentration, enriched, etc.), otherwise they are ordinary type. 4 Requirements 4.1 Requirements on raw materials The raw materials adopted shall meet the relevant requirements for Class B products in GB/T 26396-2011. 4.2 Sensory, physical and chemical indexes Sensory, physical and chemical indexes of hand cleaner shall meet the requirements of Table 2.   Table 2 Sensory, Physical and Chemical Indexes Item Ordinary Concentrated Sensory indexes Appearance Uniform product without layering, no obvious suspended substance (except added product with uniform suspension particulate fraction) or deposit, and no obvious mechanical impurities Odor Free from odor Physical and chemical indexes Stabilitya Heat resistance: (40±2)℃, 24 h Without layering, sediment, odor and change of color after recovering to the room temperature, transparent Cold resistance: (-5±2)℃, 24 h Without layering, sediment, odor and change of color after recovering to the room temperature, transparent Total effective matter/%≥ 7 14 pHb(25℃) 4.0~10.0 Formaldehyde/(mg/kg)≤ 500 a Stability is only required for liquid or paste products, after recovering the room temperature, the products shall have no obvious change comparing to that before test. b The tested pH is 1:10 (mass ratio). 4.3 Sanitation requirements The limit requirements for the microbiological index (total bacterial count, total molds and yeasts count, thermotolerant coliform bacteria, staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa) and harmful substances (mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium, methanol and dioxane) shall meet the requirements of Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics (Edition 2015). 5 Test Method Unless otherwise specified, during the analysis, only the recognized analytical reagent and the water at Level 3 or above as specified in GB/T 668 shall be used. 5.1 Appearance Measure, not less than 200mL, test sample and transfer into a dry, clean and colorless wild-mouth glass bottle (with stopper), observe it under non-direct light. 5.2 Odor Take proper amount of test sample and identify it by olfactory. 5.3 Stability Measure, not less than 100mL, two portions of test sample and transfer into 250mL wild-mouth glass bottle (with stopper) respectively, one placed into (40±2)℃ insulation can for 24h, and then compare it with the sample without testing after it recovers to room temperature; another placed into (-5±2)℃ refrigerator for 24h, and then compare it with the sample without testing after it recovers to room temperature;
