No major or above-level safety accidents or major or above-level environmental pollution incidents have occurred in the past three years. 5.1.2 The total pollutant control of the manufacturer shall meet national and local total pollutant emission control targets, and relevant national standards for energy conservation and environmental protection shall be implemented.
