本标准规定了家用激光显示系统光辐射安全特性测量和评价方法，包括测量条件、测量设备、测量步骤、数据处理、评价等。
本标准适用于家用超短焦激光显示系统涉及的光谱范围为380nm~780nm的激光、非相干光及激光和非相干光混合光源的光辐射安全特性测量和评价。荧光光源的光辐射安全特性测量和评价可参照本标准执行。
本标准不适用于激光扫描式显示系统的光辐射安全特性测量和评价。
