·岸船连接和接口设备；
·变压器/电抗器；
·半导体/旋转变流器；
·船上配电系统；
·控制、监控、联锁和能量管理系统（PMS）。
本系统不适用于入坞时的供电，例如进干船坞和船舶不作业时维护和修理。
国家有关机构、管理船舶运行主管部门、船东或负责岸电供应或配电系统的部门可以增加额外或替代要求。
HVSC系统可应用于1 MW及以上的船舶或带有高压供电的船舶。
本标准不涉及低压岸电连接系统。
