Table 1 Technical requirements 5 Batch formation, sampling and test sampling 5.1 Batch formation Industrial nitrogen products filled into cylinders from a single production line under stable and continuous operation constitute one batch, with a maximum of 500 cylinders per batch. For industrial nitrogen filled into cylinder bundles, tankers, tube trailers, tube container modules, large seamless steel gas cylinders, or welded insulated gas cylinders, each individual package constitutes one batch. 5.2 Sampling Shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 43306. 5.3 Test sampling 5.3.1 For cylinder-filled industrial nitrogen, samples shall be taken randomly for inspection according to the sampling quantities specified in Table 2. Table 2 Sampling inspection table for cylinder-filled industrial nitrogen 5.3.2 For industrial nitrogen filled into cylinder bundles, tankers, tube trailers, tube container modules, large seamless steel gas cylinders, or welded insulated gas cylinders, each package shall be inspected individually. 5.3.3 For industrial nitrogen delivered via pipeline, sampling and inspection shall be conducted once every 4 hours, or the sampling frequency shall be agreed upon between the supplier and the purchaser. 6 Test methods 6.1 Calculation of nitrogen purity 6.1.1 Calculation of total impurity content in nitrogen 6.1.1.1 The total impurity content in gaseous industrial nitrogen shall be calculated using formula (1) for φ (or x).
