本标准规定了用拉起液膜法测定表面活性剂界面张力的试验方法。
本标准适用于含一种或多种阴离子或非离子表面活性剂的两个不相混溶的液相（一个水相和一个有机相），也适用于除上述之外的两个不相混溶的液相体系。
本标准不适用于测定含阳离子表面活性剂的两不相混溶液相体系的界面张力，这种体系的界面张力只能用滴定体积法测定。
