本标准规定了电机产品的生命周期评价和生命周期报告。
本标准适用于电机产品的生命周期评价，以及电机产品依据GB/T 24025做出Ⅲ型环境声明。
注： 根据GB/T 24025，本标准是电机产品进行Ⅲ型环境声明的产品种类规则（Product category rules,PCR)，在进行Ⅲ型环境声明时使用产品种类规则有助于保证生命周期评价结论的可信度与可比性。
