本文件规定了低温医用冷库的基本要求、环境及卫生要求、安全要求、组件要求、组装要求和试验方法等。
本文件适用于低温贮存医用样品、生物制剂、生物样本等，公称容积不大于300 m3的、机械式制冷的非步入式室内装配式冷库（以下简称低温医用冷库），贮存其他特种货物的低温冷库参照执行。
本文件不适用于库内具备自动化存取装置的低温医用冷库。
