1 Scope
This document specifies the early-warning monitoring process, determination of monitoring variables, and processing of monitoring data for machinery/machine risk early-warning.
This document applies to the monitoring of various types of data related to machinery safety, including factors inherent to the machinery/machine itself, environmental factors, and operator factors.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions and those given in GB/T 30174-2013 and GB/T 41344.1-2022 apply.
3.1
monitor
process of obtaining real-time data of target objects through perception and transmission technology, processing and analyzing the data in an agreed way, and then outputting the results
3.2
monitored object
agreed target(s) or parameter(s) to be monitored and measured in accordance with risk early-warning requirements
Note: The target objects are usually sound, light, heat, etc. in human, machines and working environments.
3.3
monitored area
target space or range determined according to the needs of risk early-warning
3.4
monitoring variable
attributes or performance characteristics of the target objects agreed to be monitored and measured in accordance with risk early-warning requirements
Note: The attributes or performance characteristics of the target object are usually the spatial position of human, the operating state of the machine, the intensity of noise, the vibration frequency, the dust concentration, etc.
3.5
monitoring data
original data of the monitoring content obtained during the monitoring process and the processed result data
3.6
behavior track of human
people's conscious or unconscious movements, expressions, and other subtle actions when operating machines.
