Preface This document is drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work, Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". This document is the first part of GB/T 42239 Enzyme Preparation for Washing. The following parts have been published in GB/T 42239: ——Part 1: Alkaline protease ——Part 2: Lipase. Please note that some contents of this document may involve patents. The issuing authority of this document does not bear the responsibility of identifying patents. This document is proposed by China Light Industry Federation. This document is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Surfactants and Detergents (SAC/TC 272). Introduction The detergent industry is one of the important application fields of enzyme preparations. The formulation of GB/T42239 Enzyme Preparations for Detergent is of great significance for China's detergent industry to standardize the market of enzyme-containing detergent products, guide enterprises in the industry to innovate and develop new products, prevent bad enterprises from cheating consumers, and promote the rapid and healthy development of the detergent industry. GB/T 42239 Enzyme Preparation for Washing is intended to consist of the following two parts: ——Part 1: Alkaline protease, which aims to establish the classification and technical requirements of alkaline protease for washing ——Part 2: Lipases, aiming to establish the classification and technical requirements of lipases for washing. 1 Scope This document specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of alkaline protease for washing. This document is applicable to the alkaline protease for detergent industry prepared by microbial fermentation, purification and other processes. 2 Normative references The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references. For dated reference documents, only the version corresponding to that date is applicable to this document; For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document. Table 1 Appearance and physical and chemical performance indexes 6 Test method 6.1 General rules Unless otherwise specified, only reagents confirmed as analytically pure and grade III or above water specified in GB/T 6682 shall be used in the analysis. 6.2 Appearance Take an appropriate amount of sample and place it in a dry and clean transparent experimental vessel for observation under non-direct light conditions. 6.3pH Carry out according to the provisions of GB/T 6368. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Inspection classification 7.1.1 Delivery inspection The ex-factory inspection items are the appearance and enzyme activity specified in Table 1. When applicable to food detergent products, add the items specified in Table 2. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life 8.1 Signs The outer packaging of the product shall be marked in accordance with the requirements of GB/T191. The package of the product shall be firmly labeled. The label shall include the product name, net content, name, address and contact information of the manufacturer and/or distributor, production date and shelf life, storage conditions, batch number and other contents to be marked. The content of chemical safety label shall meet the requirements of GB 15258. 8.2 Packaging The inner packaging of the product and/or the inner coating of the packaging container shall comply with relevant regulations. 8.3 Transportation The product shall be handled with care during transportation, and shall not be upside down. It shall be strictly protected from rain and sun exposure. It is not allowed to step on and stack heavy objects on the box. The means of transport shall be clean, non-toxic and pollution-free. It shall not be mixed with toxic, harmful and corrosive substances. 8.4 Storage The product should be stored in a cool and dry environment. It should not be stored with toxic, harmful and abrasive substances. Necessary protective measures shall be taken for stacking, and the stacking height shall be appropriate to avoid damage to the transportation package. 8.5 Shelf life The product is under 25 ℃ and the shelf life is not less than 12 months, Under the specified transportation, packaging and storage conditions, the enzyme activity within the shelf life shall not be lower than the marked enzyme activity. Note: The products beyond the shelf life still have use value, and the enzyme activity shall be re-measured during use.
